Introduction These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of resin products from OzArtz Resin Products (“OzArtz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

2. Orders and Acceptance

4.1 We ship Australia-wide using third-party couriers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
4.2 We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control.
4.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

5.4 Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval.

By participating in OzArtz resin art classes, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed during the session. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, the OzArtz website, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the instructor before the class begins.
